A personalised cookbook is a custom-made recipe book created specifically for you or someone special. You can add names, photos, personal messages, favourite recipes and unique design elements to make it truly one of a kind.

Personalised cookbooks make wonderful gifts for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas and family reunions.

There's no hard limit - most books include between 20 and 80 recipes, and you can go up to 300 pages. You choose the final selection before it goes to print, so you can trim it down or include everything that's been submitted.

Either works. Plenty of customers add every recipe themselves, it's a great way to build a personal collection or create a gift filled entirely with your own cooking. Others invite family and friends to contribute their own recipe and a note. You have full control either way and you can always add recipes on behalf of someone who'd rather not do it themselves.

They will be sent a unique link. They fill in their recipe, add a personal note and optionally upload a photo, no account is required. It takes approximately five minutes.

Absolutely. We encourage it! Contributors can upload a photo alongside their recipe and you can add a cover image and a personal introduction page for the book.

The recipe gathering stage is entirely up to you, most organisers give contributors 2–4 weeks. Once you approve the final layout, printing and delivery typically takes 7–10 working days.

There are several different sizes to choose from, the smallest being A5 (148 × 210 mm). There are square and rectangular size options too so you can make it just how you like.

Yes. You can see a fully rendered proof on the final stage of your order, plus proofs of each recipe individually when editing.

Books start from £39 for a single copy up to 50 pages - this covers the design portal and recipe collaboration tools. From there you can customise: choose between hardback & paperback, select your paper type, and scale up to 300 pages. A lay-flat binding upgrade is also available if you want the book to stay open on the kitchen counter while you cook.

Absolutely. Many customers order several copies, with bulk discounts available as you order more.

Yes. We ship to a number of countries internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

It starts from one of our professionally designed templates, but there's plenty of room to make it yours. Colours, fonts, layout and structure are all adjustable. It makes for a book that's genuinely one of a kind.

Once you've approved the proof and placed your order, the book goes straight to print and changes aren't possible unfortunately.

My Personalised Cookbook do not accept returns or offer refunds because all items are personalised. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not in conformity with the order then please get in touch by emailing help@mypersonalisedcookbook.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photos of the issue where possible.
